(15) And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

Opportunity/occasion
1 John 2:10

(10) He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.

I addressed each point to the children in our church.

I explained the value of the soul.

I explained the value of free will.
I also pointed out that people surrender their free will when they mindlessly follow other people.
If we believe that we have no free will, we willingly we are robbed on the free will.

I explained that all of us have skills, abilities, strengths, talents and spiritual gifts.

Time is a precious possession. No one has the promise of tomorrow, therefore use your time for God alone.

Opportunities come and go, we need to be ready to take advantage of our opportunities.

We can all have a good attitude. Bad attitudes drive people away from Christ.
We all have our own personality, and it becomes a valued tool when surrendered to Christ.

Finances are a gift from God.
Love People, Use Things, do not Love Things and Use People.

POINTS ADDRESSED WITH OUR 3-7 YEAR OLDS

Questions I asked them...
Do you know what a robber is?

Do robbers steal your trash or your computer?

Do you know what a Lemming is?

What abilities, talents do you have?

Does anyone here know if you will be alive tomorrow?

DLG...
ROBBERS WANT VALUABLE THINGS.
THE DEVIL IS A ROBBER.
DON'T BE A LEMMING.
I TALKED ABOUT "BOBBY BAD BOY" LEADING THEM ASTRAY.

Questions they asked...
What is the soul?

Why do people not have money?

Why do men lose their jobs?

Why do daddies and mommies lose each other?

What are talents?

(To me) What talents do you have? (A very thoughtful, considerate and insightful question for little children to ask).
