11/15/11 SOME REASONS FOR FAILURE

People wonder why they don't progress spiritually.

1- They are slaves to their past. They will not reconcile with those they have hurt.

2- They are at ease with their present. They refuse to move from where they are to where God wants them to be. It's like wanting to be the best runner, but refusing to run; the strongest lifter, without lifting; the most informed, without learning.

3- They fear the future. They refuse to trust God.

Worse still, there are those who do not realize they are not progressing spiritually.
