GENESIS (1st Book of Moses)
The Bible is the history of God's redemptive relationship with mankind through the sacrificial death of His incarnated Son.

It is not the history of the Universe, nor the history of the angelic realm nor the history of mankind.

It only includes the great civilizations of Assyria, Babylonia, Egypt, Persia, Greece and Rome as they relate to His chosen people, Israel.

The Americas and Far East are not mentioned, because they had no interaction with Israel.

Genesis records the beginning of Man's Problem and God's Plan.
