If all the components for the fastest car in the world remained boxed up on the garage floor, you would not have the world's fastest car.
If all the components were assembled, but there was no fuel, you would not have the world's fastest car.
If the car was assembled and fueled, but never preformed on a race track, you would not have the world's fastest car.
I just thought you would want to know.
